New MILADESS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C items can be returned by mail or at any of our stores, whether you bought the item online or in a physical branch. For warranty information, see our Terms of Service.
Return to a store
Bring your item with its original packaging and tags (if available), as well as proof of purchase, to the customer service desk at any of our MILADESS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C locations for a free and easy return or exchange.
Purchases of $500 or more made with cash will be refunded via check.
Please note: Refunds of purchases made with MILADESS Rewards will be credited back to your available rewards balances. There may still be cases where a cash/check refund is issued.
Return by mail
To return items purchased online or in a retail store, start the mail-in return process online through the MILADESS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C returns portal.
Get your shipping label
Start your mail-in return online to get a shipping label. With a MILADESS shipping label, you can drop off your return at any approved courier or mail it directly from your home.
No printer? We can provide a QR code for fast paperless drop-off.
Please note: A small fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping for standard packages when using our prepaid shipping label.

Re/Supply used gear returns
Re/Supply is exclusive to MILADESS Members. Members can shop and trade in used gear at our stores.
All sales are final for our Re/Supply used gear sold at MILADESS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C store locations.
MILADESS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all used products sold through our Re/Supply website. Used gear purchased online must be returned via mail within 30 days of purchase. Our retail stores are NOT able to process returns for used gear. To return an item, you’ll need your order number and the last name associated with your order. See the FAQ for more details, or email MILADESS Customer Service.

Exchanges
MILADESS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C strives for every customer to be fully satisfied. If your item isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly exchange it.
MILADESS Rewards Refunds
Refunds of purchases made with MILADESS Rewards will be credited back to your rewards account.
Gift Returns
Returning a gift is simple. Bring the item, its original packaging, and a gift receipt to any MILADESS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C store for a return or exchange.
A note requesting a "gift recipient refund," along with this information:
- Name of gift recipient
- Gift recipient member number (if applicable)
- Gift recipient mailing address
- Gift recipient phone number
- Gift recipient email address
- IMPORTANT: If the gift recipient details are incomplete or unclear, the original purchaser will be refunded.
A gift receipt or the original proof of purchase is required.
Please note: All gifts returned by mail will be refunded via check to the gift recipient. Refunds by check can take up to 3 weeks.
The refund amount may differ from the original total due to tax differences.
